Customer Success Manager
Leaders in the agricultural industry with over 40 years of experience, our client deliver the best seed and customer service possible to their customers.
They are now searching for passionate and driven candidates to join their team as Customer Success Managers!
This is a Monday- Friday opportunity, that will also require candidates to work on occasional Saturday mornings on a rotation basis.
Job Overview:
- Learn about the marketplace to best meet customer needs
- Strategically generate new leads through different mediums of outreach
- Manage customer accounts and develop relationships to best sell the company's services
- Manage and execute plans that will drive our client's proposition and obtain new business

Basic Qualifications:
- A full 4-year Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to thrive in a fast paced, start-up environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
