Customer Success Manager

Job Overview:

  • Gain a competitive knowledge of the company and the market they operate within, in order to have valuable conversations with prospects
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate an interest in the company and their offering
  • Source new opportunities through prospect outreach including outbound calls, emails and social selling
  • Understand the needs and requirements of growing hedge funds and asset managers
  • Maintain and expand your data of prospects to keep a continuous pipeline of sales leads to target
  • Manage and execute plans that will drive our client's proposition and obtain new business

The Package:

  • Baisc salary of $50,000
  • $25k commission structure increasing your total package to $75k!

Basic Qualifications:

  • A full 4-year Bachelor's degree
  • Essential - 6 months of sales experience or more
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced, start-up environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
