What you’ll be doing:

You’ll begin an intensive 18-month service management programme, covering the company, its industry, skills, relationships, customers and competitors.

On this programme you will be regarded as an expert in the delivery of agreed contracts. Upon agreement with the client, you will manage the costs and revenues independently, as if it was your own business. The ideal candidate will therefore have an entrepreneurial mind, as you will be dealing with customers, suppliers, staff and finances.

You will have the authority to create new opportunities, through innovation and an in-depth understanding of best practice. This is an unrivalled chance to gain vast exposure to high value and niche accounts managing these completely and successfully.
