Sales Development Representative

A leading innovator in tax news and research services, our client is now leveraging AI for intelligent keyword searching - making them the provider of choice for small-mid-sized practitioner firms. They encourage remote work, and combined with their start-up environment, this is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate to learn within a progressive environment and gain exposure to many different areas within a rapidly growing business!

  • $50k basic salary (+ $5-10k OTE)
  • Remote role - work from anywhere, ideally EST or CST

  • This is an initially contracted role - should you prove a success, there is the possibility of moving full time, with potential opportunities such as Account Exec, National Accounts and Partnerships and Digital Marketing available to the right candidate
  • An autonomous role in a start-up environment, with direct access to company leadership - an excellent learning experience
  • Although this is a remote opportunity - you will be able to meet with the team at conferences

The Role at a Glance:

  • Appointment setting - the company's target audience are small to mid sized firms - those with 2-5 professionals
  • Your outreach efforts will include around 50 daily calls, outbound email and leveraging other social channels
  • You'll be able to lean on comprehensive support - tools sitting within hubspot, playbooks and real life case studies, as well as an open and collaborative team, will provide you with the foundation for success
  • Work closely with Senior Sales Reps, seeking their advice and support, with easy access to calendars so that you know when to book meetings

Qualifications:

  • A full 4-year Bachelor's degree
  • B2B Sales experience highly preferred
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced, start-up environment
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
