Introduction to Your Assessment Day
Before you come for your assessment day, let your graduate manager know if you have any questions, they are there to help guide you through the process.
What To Expect on the Day
It takes 7 seconds to make that first impression, so ensure you’re dressed smartly for the day and prepared whether you’re attending virtually or in pers
Your Self Introduction
This is your first self-assessed part of the day, so it’s important that you showcase what it is that makes you stand out from the crowd.
The Group Task
You don’t need to prepare for this, but do remember to get stuck in, make your voice heard, and challenge and support peers around you.
Preparing Your Pitch
This part of the day is crucial to stand out from the crowd, and the pitch is the only part you can prepare. So make sure you get your personality in your pitch and think outside the box to show your creativity!
After the Assessment Day
