After we’ve reviewed your CV, we’ll get in touch with a competency-based telephone interview with a member of our Graduate Management Team.
If your phone interview is successful, you’ll be invited to one of our assessment days where you’ll meet our tech recruitment staff, and occasionally clients, face-to-face. You’ll perform a number of activities to assess you suitability to a role.
Once we’ve assessed your skills, analytical abilities and problem solving capabilities along with your commercial competencies, we’ll identify and match you with the right role with one of our clients.
