How does the recruitment process work?

Explore all of our graduate roles to see if any pique your interest. If so, get in touch and send us your CV.

Screening

After we’ve reviewed your CV, we’ll get in touch with a competency-based telephone interview with a member of our Graduate Management Team.

Assessment

If your phone interview is successful, you’ll be invited to one of our assessment days where you’ll meet our tech recruitment staff, and occasionally clients, face-to-face. You’ll perform a number of activities to assess you suitability to a role.

Placement

Once we’ve assessed your skills, analytical abilities and problem solving capabilities along with your commercial competencies, we’ll identify and match you with the right role with one of our clients.

Training

After we’ve placed you, our job doesn’t end there. We’ll provide you with the training you need to accelerate your career.
