You will be a key player in driving client growth, building strong relationships, and exceeding client expectations. You will work closely with a team, mastering both sales acumen and project management skills within the market research industry. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career in sales. You will be responsible for expanding relationships within existing accounts, responding to client requests, liaising with project managers to ensure timely deliverables and high client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall commercial success of the company.

Your initial package sits at $65k basic salary with OTE, your earning potential beyond this is strong.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead client growth and expand relationships within assigned accounts.
  • Manage incoming client requests and ensure accurate and timely responses.
  • Collaborate with project managers for seamless project execution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve project challenges.
  • Maintain accurate client and project data within the company's systems.
  • Support the broader team in achieving commercial expansion objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, demonstrating ability to build rapport and exceed targets.
  • Experience in project management or a related field, showcasing ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM systems.
  • Understanding of the market research industry (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
