Work Environment: In-office (5 days per week)

Salary: $65,000-$75,000 base + $20,000-$30,000 OTE

The Role - Business Development Representative (BDR)

As a BDR at Qualified, you will drive outbound sales efforts, engage key decision-makers, and help generate pipeline opportunities. This role is ideal for ambitious, competitive individuals who are looking to build a successful career in sales, with a clear pathway to becoming an Account Executive (AE).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting, targeting 10-15 new accounts daily.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers using LinkedIn, social media, and industry research.
  • Develop personalized outreach strategies based on prospect insights.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) to drive sales pipeline and execute strategies.
  • Participate in a structured two-week sales enablement boot camp, covering product knowledge, sales methodologies, and best practices.
  • Engage in daily team stand-ups, strategy discussions, and learning sessions.
  • Work in a high-energy, in-office sales environment, fostering collaboration and professional development.

Training & Career Progression

Qualified provides a structured career path:

  • BDR Levels 1-4: Progress through clear milestones with increasing responsibility and earning potential.
  • Promotion to Account Executive (AE): Typically within 12-24 months, with accelerated opportunities for top performers.
  • Alternative Career Paths: Many BDRs have transitioned into RevOps, Sales Enablement, and Leadership roles.

Who You Are

Qualified is committed to hiring top talent with a strong drive for success. Ideal candidates should have:

  • At least 6 months of professional experience (full-time role or internships).
  • Bachelor's degree (graduated by December 2024 preferred).
  • Strong academic performance (GPA of 3.4+), ideally having graduated from a top 150 school.
  • Demonstrated leadership through internships, extracurricular activities, or athletics is a plus.
  • Highly competitive, outgoing, and eager to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong ability to communicate and influence decision-makers.
