Inbound Business Development Representative (No experience required!)

Our client is a leading innovator in API management, empowering businesses to become API-first and unlock new possibilities. Their technology connects the world's largest companies, enabling seamless interactions that drive growth and innovation.
They're looking for a number of passionate and driven Business Development Representatives (BDR) to join their team in the heart of Chicago's River North neighborhood. As a BDR, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, playing a crucial role in driving company growth. This outbound-focused position involves identifying and qualifying leads from various marketing channels, including events, webinars, and demo requests, and proactively sourcing new leads. You'll be responsible for scheduling meetings with qualified prospects, setting the stage for our Account Executives to deliver tailored solutions.
Successful candidates will be in office four days a week during their onboarding period, moving to 3 days a week following that. Initially you'll start as an inbound BDR, with a clear pathway - managing a territory, promotion to Account Executive, and continued, structured progression beyond that step.
