Business Development Representative (BDR) - Rapidly Growing SaaS Scale-Up

Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid, with full in-office presence for the first 3 months)

The Role - Business Development Representative:

As a BDR, you will be a driving force behind generating new business opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Outbound Sales Focus: Primarily focused on lead generation through cold calls and email outreach, with set targets (e.g., 12-16 Sales Qualified Leads per month, 60 calls daily).
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with Account Executives to build and expand relationships with prospective clients.
• Market Expansion: Identifying and nurturing opportunities for new business across various verticals and sectors, ensuring the growth of the company's market presence.

Compensation & Benefits:

Our client offers a comprehensive package including:

• Base Salary: $50,000
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $15,000
