What You'll Do as a Graduate Manager:

You'll be the driving force behind generating, coaching, managing, and delivering hires for our diverse client base, which includes major names like Oracle, Uber Eats, and MetLife. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Recruiting graduate candidates to assessment days through telephone interviews and pre-assessment support to identify top sales talent.
• Assisting with and getting involved in our competency-based assessment days, from preparation to evaluation.
