Your Growth at Pareto:

• Ground Floor: Junior Recruiter (Initial 6-9 months) You will begin your journey at the ground floor, gaining crucial insights into the sales pipeline by generating, coaching, managing, and delivering hires for their diverse client base.
• Your core responsibilities will initially focus on recruiting graduate candidates to assessment days, undertaking telephone interviews, and providing pre-assessment support to identify top sales talent.
• You will also assist with the running of their competency-based assessment days, getting involved in the preparation, assessment, and evaluation process to find the very best graduate sales talent. This foundational experience is designed to immerse you in their unique sales recruitment philosophy.
• Rapid Progression: Sales Development or Client Success (After 6-9 months) For those who prove successful and demonstrate their drive, Pareto offers rapid career progression.
• In just 6-9 months, you will be fast-tracked into a Sales Development Representative or Client Success role. This next step will see you leveraging your initial experience to directly contribute to sales growth and client satisfaction.

The Path Forward:

• Senior Sales & Leadership Their structured progression path will take you all the way to Senior BDM and beyond, with opportunities including GM Team Lead. Pareto is committed to seeing you grow and develop.
• With excellent learning and development potential available, you will have the opportunity to become a senior member of the team, a leader, or move into a more technical role.
