What You'll Do as a Junior Recruiter:

You will be instrumental in generating, coaching, managing, and delivering hires for our client's diverse client base, which includes major names such as leading technology companies and financial institutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting graduate candidates for assessment days, conducting telephone interviews, and providing pre-assessment support to identify top sales talent and secure successful candidates.
  • Assisting with and participating in competency-based assessment days, from preparation to evaluation, to identify the best graduate sales talent.
  • Managing applicants through the assessment process, from initial application through to hiring and beyond.
