Role: Junior Recruitment Consultant

The Role:

As part of our FinTech client's growth plan we are looking for a number of Junior Recruitment Consultants who can work on the fulfilment side of their service. The role is responsible for the successful execution of retained search campaigns, resulting in placing candidates into roles on behalf of the company.

There is huge scope for progression in this role - this is your first step on the ladder at the business, senior management, business development and account management roles are all made available to hard working candidates who prove themselves.

Key responsibilities:

  • Taking a comprehensive brief from the client to fully understand the requirements of the vacancy
  • A consultative approach to advising clients as required on skills and market to achieve the best possible outcome for them
  • Managing the whole recruitment process from identification of well-matched talent through to placement

The package:

  • Competitive salary of $55,000
