The Role at a Glance:

As a New Business Associate you'll:

• Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company and its offering
• Use research tools and databases to prospect potential customers
• Perform prospect outreach - speak with key decision makers to schedule meetings and consultations
• Manage relationships with a range of leads in a variety of industries
• Negotiate and engage regularly with clients and prospects

Who You Are:

An ambitious recent college graduate who is an intelligent, well-spoken self-starter. You have an exceptional work ethic and drive to succeed. You possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that you'll use to expand our clients' presence in the market.

Qualifications:

• A full Bachelor's degree (having graduated by December 2024, with a minimum GPA of 3.4)
• Minimum 6 months of true working experience (full-time role or internships)
• Graduated from a college within the top 150 list
• If a graduate within the last year, must have been involved in or been at least one of the following:
• Multiple internships
• Active participation in a club (e.g., debate club, sales society) or sport
• College athlete
