Sales Development Representative (FinTech)

Join a leading FinTech firm as a Sales Development Representative! We offer a dynamic environment and significant growth potential. This role focuses on new business development within the alternative investment industry, working with some of the top global hedge funds. We are looking for a number of self-starters with a confident, mature approach and a background and/or enthuisiasm for all things finance and technology!

Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
  • Understand the needs and requirements of growing hedge funds and asset managers.
  • Master our product suite and value proposition.
  • Achieve quarterly quotas for generating qualified leads.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong work ethic.
  • Adaptability and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Enthusiasm for finance and technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $55,000 base salary
  • $15,000 bonus structure (potential to earn $70,000 in year one)
